The Compliance Practice Manager plans and directs compliance engagement, pre-sales and post-sales. This position will assist in ensuring alignment and delivery of all compliance services and solutions. In this role, you will apply your extensive regulatory and compliance knowledge as DataEndure delivers compliance services to customers ranging from governance, risk and compliance (GRC) assessments to controls testing, compliance product implementation, audit support and managed GRC services.
The Compliance Manager has a demonstrated ability to work with customers during the pre-sales stage to understand the various compliance controls in place in order to determine gaps and recommend products and consulting work effort to close those gaps. He/she will ultimately help decide the process and technology to be recommended to the customer. The Manager will put their extensive experience to work reviewing penetration tests, risk assessments, IT audits, and the implementation of the related technology recommendations such as access control tools, privileged account management, vulnerability testing, and security policies and GRC platforms.

This position is a Sales Engineering role and as such will require customer facing skills and 50% travel.
