DataEndure is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and grows the named account base of the assigned filed sales executive or executives.
- Responds to quoting request for product and deliverable of technical information to the assigned sales executive or executives and their assigned account base.
- Process partner opportunity registrations, distribution of communication and customer orders in support of the assigned sales executive or executives and their assigned account base.
- Maintains sales and technical credentials, including required certifications. Examples are Symantec, Veritas, NetApp, Quantum, Brocade, VMware, and HP.
- Work with sales executive or executives in preparing sales and technical presentations, including demos, while working in conjunction with both the sales and TSO teams on identified opportunities.
- Responsible for forecasting and reporting sales opportunities and activities.
- Ability to prepare and analyze comprehensive technical documents; ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, manufacture partners and customers.
- Must be proficient in Office suite products
- Sales Support functions (Quotes, Registrations, CRM Updates)
- Order Tracking and Order Follow up
- Manage Customer Renewal Process
- Schedule meetings for Sr. Field Reps
- New Technology Announcements to our Account Base
- New Vendor & Product Updates to our Account Base
- Prospecting for Campaigns created by DataEndure Marketing
- Prospecting for Campaigns you and your Sr. AE create
